I called the store to ask if they have any Campus Backpacks in stock and I have now been on hold for 26 minutes. No one has even picked back up to let me know that they are still checking or anything like that. Highly disappointed in the customer service. And this is the 3rd time I called. I was hung up on the first 2 times. I tried calling from another phone while I am on hold and you can't even get through because the line is busy so now no one can call the store because they have me on hold and they are not even assisting me. At this point I will not even buy the backpack because I am so dissatisfied with the service. I called to save myself a trip to the store but it would of been faster for me to drive and check myself,

The BEST bra fitter works at this store. I travel all the time & stop in different VS stores. Martine asked if I wanted to check & make sure my size was still accurate. She was by far the best sales person I've ever had. VS don't loose her & have her train your sales people. She was exceptional. Martine thank you!
