I LOVE Catherine's. As an Outside Sales Advertising Rep I meet many people daily and so many times a larger woman is who I connect with and every time they ask me about my clothing. They say things like "You always look so nice." or "Your clothes are beautiful. Where did you get them." and since I buy 99% of my clothing from Catherine's the answer is always the same. I tell them how easy it is to buy online, how great their sizing is and the return policy is amazing that you can return to a Catherine's store. They always thank me and next time I see them many times they have on a Catherine's outfit! Love! Love! Love!
Corporate needs to see these pictures, I'll gladly send to you, or you can wait till I post on FB, blogs and everywhere I can think of.
These were on sale - even at that I paid around $100 for them. I made my first complaint ever, and after going back and forth for days - I was told they're sending me a $20 certificate.
After buying tens of thousands of dollars worth of clothing from Catherines over the past 10 years, this is NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
I bought two sweater-jackets. After the second time wearing, the cuffs/arms expanded to more than twice their size and pieces of the sweater literally began falling off, leaving holes. The elbows especially on one jacket is just bare thread. I washed one jacket once -PER THE INSTRUCTIONS. I wore the jacket maybe 10-15 hours (they looked nice, only wore when we went out to a restaurant).
The second jacket isn't as bad, but is doing the same thing. It's VERY VERY evident the jacket is DEFECTIVE. Yes - I sent photos to their complaint department -they acknowledged the problem.
Catherine's started out great!! As I began ordering clothing from online, it has become a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!! I'll be paying off what I owe and NEVER EVER buy again from this store! Every single time I order online, my order is shipped to an address I have NEVER LIVED AT NOR ENTERED!!! I call to tell them it happened again and I get, "We have Terrace not Street" and I tell them it shows STREET ON MY SHIPPING LABLE. So they tell me to call FedEX, YEAH RIGHT! There is NOTHING FedEx can do either!!!! I"M DONE!!!!!!! After 5 years, I've HAD IT!!!!
