what's the point of giving people receipts if you need the bank card to return the product I went to return slippers at kohl's brought in the receipt they put the money right back on my grandmothers card then went to the mall to return a few things that didn't fit "25 minutes from my house" and they tell me I need the card to put the money back on it then what is the point of bringing the receipt or giving me one? now have to get my grandmothers card who lives 1 hour away to get the refund for the item ridiculous I worked in customer service I know if you have the receipt you scan it and the card is already on file, honestly felt like I was profiled as soon as I walked in the store fix this issue but lost my business already ;)
