I have rated this branch just because of one one of the agency operator his name is turaboy. He is So polite, responsible and careful.My family could only deal with him unlike his colleague who was so rude and careless about cusomers need. I was told he was the branch manager huh! Am sure that was a big mistake it appears to me he doesn't have the creteria or attitude to be in that position. Tura makes that branch worth patronising again
