Poor service to say the least! As a tourist with proper and legal drivers license and passport I had my car rental request refused on the grounds the license was not in English. I am used to rent cars in the Americas and Europe with same documents. Avis never again!!! And will gladly spread the word!!! If one cannot afford to be in the trade just leave. Let professionals do the work!!!

Initially, I rented a car from them for a week. Due to it being Labor Day weekend, they did not have too many cars available so the manager, Turaboy, told me I can exchange my car the following Tuesday. I exchanged it. However, they did not give me a definite price and continue to go in and out my credit card account.i called customer service, and they told me that when I returned the car, I would only be paying 168$, but I ended up paying 322$. they do not communicate and are VERY unprofessional. I HATE this place. Never again....
The best rental service I ever recieved in a long time and got a nice rental and discount rate job well done .will always come back for this one particular suv
My car rental was an enjoyable experience. I would have preferred to receive the car I reserved. Instead I received a larger vehicle which was nice but was bigger than expected. I had issues with valet parking at my destination. I would definitely use Avis again. Make sure you do your homework on discount offers. I found one better that saved me over $100.
