I wouldn't even give 1 star if that was allowed. My sister had a horrible experience similar to the one above where she booked a trip then all of a sudden they didn't the room they originally booked and they couldn't confirm the last day of her trip. My experience was equally horrible and would not have gone if it wasn't for my parents getting us all gift cards . Tried to book a vacation for me and my boyfriend went in and gave my gift cards they took the gift cards and were going to email me my options, turns out over a month later haven't heard from them, called twice was promised an email it's been over a week no email someone I work thought that this was crazy and called turned out she had 2 options both Florida when I said I wanted to go to an island. More hassle then it's worth ended up asking for my money back and not going on vacation
No call, no email, no return call. Guess they are on vacation...

We went in person (Jan.) to plan a destination wedding. After multiple calls not being returned (March/April), I used email. I cced the corp. office and got a response. I was promised a time and date to get a package quote. I agreed to the date and waited for my phone call/email. Neither of them came. I called Wednesday (May 5th the day they said they would have something for me) before close to see what was up and I was asked to leave a message. I called and emailed for the last time and have now made other arrangments. I have all the calls/ emails documented. Sorry to write a bad review, but a wedding is a little more important than a mini vacation.
