It shouldn't be this hard to get my order right. I ordered the spicy chicken combo. It took a little longer than usual to come out. I sat down and discovered that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I brought it back and they proceeded to give me a second wrong sandwich. I brought it back again and they seemed totally confused. They asked if I wanted it prepared "special". I said no, want it as is, a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. 8 minutes later about 15 minutes total I finally got the right sandwich. It shouldn't be that hard.
They always tuning out of food some times there aren't open when there supposed to be just a mess
Great experience here, the staff and the Manager, Rich were very welcoming friendly. My kids and wife were very impressed with the interactions with the Manager and staff!!!!
How do i rate 0 stars? The owner of this store clearly doesnt care that the employees break the LAW by not following hold times on the food they serve. Spend $10 on a meal and the burger looks like it sat out all day. I know the rules because I worked at a wendy's in high school. I know what the meat looks like when it should be thrown out. Theres a timer built in to the grill that tells you!!! You might as well fire all of your employees and start fresh before somebody gets seriously sick...
