Most wait staff offer good and satisfactory or above satisfactory service. At least oen waitress is miserable. Not just one experience with her. Always. Whether we have her or not.
The food is delicious and the ambiance is perfect. I highly recommend it for singles or families and middle aged like me!!
My mom and I visited Bar Louie after christmas shopping at the mall all day. We had a great meal, our server Acacia was fantastic she made us feel very welcomed as we entered and took great care of us throughout our meal. We’ll definitely be back soon!
Every one has a great happy disposition there.
Cooks are kind and friendly. Night manager we often see is terrific. Bar tenders are friendly but not very sociable, aside from one of the managers. FOOD IS EXCELLENT. I recommend trying the Fried Louie with tots.
This is my third and probably last time coming here. We got there about 4:30 and a few patrons were there. Sat at the bar and service was slow to say the least. We waited for over 15 minutes before some one came over and asked to refill our beers. It might be good if you are a regular, they seem to get quicker service. It did not inspire me to become one.
Have been several times. And every time it has been pretty much the same. It is convenient to my work and has a decent atmosphere but that is about it. Group finally said no to going back. Service is incredibly slow. We've waited more than 20 minutes for our drinks. The outside fire pit which is nice hasn't work in at least 6 months. And they decided to have a staff meeting for 20 minutes at the start of happy hour on a Friday. Food and drinks are just OK when they finally do show up.
