Came in for lunch around 12pm and server with glasses, slender body and long black hair in braids, everything was fine until I questioned her on a breakdown of the bill. I was not debating the price but more of an explanation of how they came up with the amount. She become nasty & defensive, rolling her eyes, huffing & puffing (what are you a child) and had the damn nerve to say that I added the bill up wrong!! Who is the server, me or you?! I work as H.R in the restaurant field and if she was my employee would be sent home & lose 2 shifts!! Number one rule in the hospitality field is - NEVER ARGUE OR GO BACK & FORTH WITH A CUSTOMER!! She must have missed the memo in training!! She needs a coaching & a redirect. The manager was a slightly older lady with short blonde hair in a ponytail she came to see what happened; but sadly the damage was already done. Enjoy your tip!
The wait staff were very pleasant. And the food was on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best in my opinion about an 8!! Loved the mozzarella sticks and boneless wings!!
It's not the same anymore. I've been there a few times in the last year and the service has been horrible. It took forever for OUR food to come out which is fine but when they brought my soup it was cold and the crackers were stale and they didn't bring my boyfriends dinner out with mine. We always tip well and did not tip that girl well that time because she seemed to be kind of annoyed also on top of the service being bad. They seem to have gone down hill in the last year. I'm not a big complainer and can let things go but we have not been back there since the 3rd time of going there when it was horrible. Not sure if it's the servers or what but I use to love Fridays!
Received room temp fries with sandwich. Sent back and now 6 minutes elapsed and no food on my table. A reheat on fries should only take 45 seconds. Not one employee with a smile on his or her face. Seated in a section with no assigned server.
We did come here on a busy night, but they seemed understaffed. I took about 10 minutes to have our drink order taken. Then another 10 to receive our drinks. The waiter was nice enough but you could tell he was working too many tables. The food however is why I gave three stars. I got the Jack Daniels full rack of ribs and they were delicious. If you like ribs and you like sweet, tangy sauces then you will certainly enjoy these ribs.
