This place sucks don't bother u call to make a apt and never get threw always get told will get a call back and they call back like 2 weeks later (after my child is no longer sick) another thing about this place they are very rude mostly the nurses they always have a attitude, and waiting omg u can wait up to a hour in here overall this place really sucks
Only come when you don't have anything else to do because it take forever to be seen. I spend close to 1:30 in waiting room. When they schedule your appointment for 10 am they actually mean 11 because you won't be seen almost an hour and half. They do not respect time. This always happen to me.
Just the worst place ever they lack to do what's best for ur child they never answer the phones and when they do they have attitudes rude doctors nd nurses
AWFUL! This place came highly recommended, & it was the worst decision that we ever made! They're so condescending & rude! These "nurse practioners" make you feel as if you're a horrible parent. They don't care what you have to say either. THey told us that there was something wrong with our newborn daughter, & said if there wasn't a change that she had to go to the hospital. We left there upset & confused, & went to the hospital the same day, just for us to be told that there's nothing wrong with our baby girl! I don't recommend this place to anyone, no parent should be made to feel that way. No mom or dad should leave there confused and in tears. This place NEEDS to be reevaluatedone & shut down! Please do some serious research before going there! There wasn't one pediatrician on hand either! Unprofessional!
Just got off the phone to reschedule an appointment and I was basically told I was a horrible mom because I couldn't make the appointment they had to reschedule the original appointment because the original receptionist accidentally booked two appointments...now that I need to reschedule I'm the horrible mother I hate this place...then that receptionist wouldn't give me the directors number because she said I was taking advantage of the system...wow
