staff, definitely not the typical business owned hospital. I would recommend to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
This organization have a excellent customer service at the front desk as being the face of the company. The staff was wonderful everyone were super polite as I came to visit my grandmother. Super clean and organized with modern furniture in the lobby.
This hospital is not just beautiful, the staff from the front door was excellent. Everyone was professional and caring. With healthcare turning into such a business this is vary rare. I thank them for the care that I received. Keep doing what you are doing.

I was diagnosed with a 8mm herniated disc at my L5 S1 when I decided I needed a surgeon to help me. I met with several local doctors before calling Rothman. I was able to score an appointment with Dr. Vaccaro in his Center City Office. I scheduled surgery and opted to have it at Rothman Surgical Center. I did not know what to expect since at the ripe age of 40, I never had a surgery though I’ve visited many surgery centers with my husband and family. Rothman is BEAUTIFUL and very clean. It was quiet too, which I find to be very nice because the feel of a train station is very tacky. I wish other surgery centers would take the same approach from Rothman. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment they wheeled me out, I was so well taken care of. The staff at Rothman really is top notch. The nurses are all very effiecient and very helpful. I felt very safe and cared for.
