I just can’t possibly see what the hype is about... the crab fries don’t contain any crab. They’re literally french fries with old bay seasoning. Save your $$$ and make them at home.
I've been to this location several times and this was the worst experience ever. We were seated and the server Erin was not very friendly nor attentive at all. We placed a drink order for our table as always when at Chickies and before I was able to order the standard Crab fries that every other server asks about before bringing drinks she was gone. The first round of beers weren't even filled all the way and we were only able to order one more full round as she did not come by but 4 times during the time we were there. I placed my club card on the table as I have always done before we began eating so that we could get the 10% discount on the food items and when it was not on the bill I asked about it and was rudely told that I had to make sure to mention the discount to recieve it. We were planning on drinking more at the bar area but instead went into the casino and gave the 360 lounge our money. From now on if we are craving crab fries I will drive to another location to ensure that people actually want my business.
