We stay at this hotel when we visit family because it is convenient to both sons. I like the comfort of the room/ bed, the breakfast, and the pool and hot tub. It could be more attentive to cleaning carpets, sofas, elevators.
When you offer a breakfast at a certain time you would think it would be served at that time! Nope!! Apparently the "breakfast person " didn't come in today so a free continental breakfast is not an option. Some of us work out of town and rely on specific services when at a hotel. The front desk receptionist was very quick to say "I'm sorry". Awwe, that makes it all better after a long night shift. I'll fill my stomach with that next time. Let's hope it gets better.
Very friendly staff. Indoor pool. Reasonably priced. Kid and pet friendly. Clean rooms, optional one or two beds. Laundry facilities available. Long term stay discount. Plenty of parking for cars and trucks. Microwave and refrigerator. Complimentary breakfast. One free drink included with stay. Handicap accessible rooms with wheelchair friendly light switches, door peephole, and bathtub/ shower.

NO STARS! (only got the one bc can't post without it!) this is NOT the place you want to stay! front desk is Very RUDE. i had a paid reservation, but when i got there i was informed there is a 25$ incidentals fee that must be paid before check in. NO check in w/o. 25$ paid by credit card you must have in hand to be swiped OR 100$ cash. (to be returned at check out with no indecent) website does not make you aware of this before booking! if, like me, someone else paid for your room on a card you don't have with you, and you do not have the extra 100$ on you, you will Not get a room. when the owner was called, he was Just as rude as the staff. BIG hassle to have $ returned to card as well!
Tom is thee best manager if you have any problems let management know ASAP. Tom customer service skills was the best. He goes over n beyond the rule of the making the customer happy. My family and I will be returning again soon and thank you Tom for your excellent customer service. Also the rooms are extra clean and the maintenance and housekeeping staff makes you very comfortable. My children enjoyed the indoor pool.
