Elaine really helped me out of a tough situation. She worked very hard to find me the right home in the location I wanted, and found solutions to every little thing that came up during the process. I had quite a laundry list of requirements for the seller, and Elaine came through for me like a shining star and made it all happen! She is one of the most honest and patient people I know. This company actually posted an ad on craigslist with the title "Section 8 vouchers accepted" for my neighborhood. The pictures show a really clean block (like the rest of my neighborhood) and a well maintained home. It won't be for long with these tools doing their part to destroy it. Just another company that cares more about their profit margin then keeping neighborhoods full of working class people full of working class people. Philadelphia has enough section 8 neighborhoods without intentionally spreading it to new ones.
Elaine is fantastic and really fought for us to make sure we were taken care of. Now we are moved into our dream home and we couldn't be happier or more grateful for Elaine and all of her hard work! The rest of her staff is also amazing, and they spent a TON of time showing us homes over a crazy long period of time, until we found the house that was perfect for us.
