I'd give them no stars if it were possible. I called to use the Flyers promo, they advised it was online only. I went online, placed an order, entered the code, and it didn't apply the 50% off. I did it two more times in case I was doing something wrong, still couldn't get the discount applied. I called the Street Road Bensalem franchise, a man who seemed irritated that I was calling about the promo rudely said the promo is only on pies. I went back to the website, removed the garlic sauce from the order, applied the code, still no discount. I called back, the man placed me on hold. After 5 minutes I hung up. We ordered from Apollo's instead-great food, nice service, they even called back to say they didn't have one of the sauces and asked if we wanted something else-completely opposite end of the scale compared to Papa John's.
we ordered pizza and chicken wings.... they were on time....quick service......3 star as they don't deliver to place where I live.

Manager is completely incompetent. I ordered one of their "any pizza for $10" promotions online and they tried to charge me $17 when I went to pick it up. Even after showing the manager the online deal she refused to honor it. Needless to say I ended up leaving with no pizza, a huge headache and an empty gas tank. Disappointed is an understatement.
