priced very reasonable. The management and staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel just went thru a total upgrade. This quality Inn is located near the pa. Turnpike,Rte 1, 2 major shopping malls, the neshaminy and Oxford valley malls also 1 mile away are great eating establishments, the parx Casino and horse race track. Very close to Philadelphia and the Trenton also the jersey shore. I highly recommend this hotel. Ask for ash,Sam or Kate to help you.
I stayed here few years ago and the stay was mediocre. I came back recently and found the hotel was completly renovated and provided excellent service and comfort. Did not have any regrets coming back here and can't wait to stay again when I am in the area.
So unprofessional front desk didn't even bother to check my ID, no direction or whatsoever other than your room is on the 2nd floor. Choice hotels might have to give them a new training. This is my first and last stay ever with them.
Maids need to clean better. Major mold in bathroom. hair in tub dirty floor. But they are very sweet couple. Stay here often for travel with work n hubby... not home but close enough
My husband and I had to stay in this hotel for a job we are doing in Philadelphia. We travel all over the country and typically stay in choice hotels. When I tell you this is literally the worst hotel I've been to, it's an understatement. My husband has a service dog. As many of you know, service dogs are protected under the Americans with disabilities act, and people with service animals are not to be discriminated against in any hotel, housing, etc. We always tell the hotels we have a service animal and have never had an issue until we get here. The man at the front desk told us there were no pets allowed, and I explained that his service dog is not a pet and it is illegal to refuse us a room. Then he says that dogs leave an odor that will never go away and he can't allow it. First of all, clearly your people aren't really cleaning the rooms if that's the case. So I tell him that I will call my lawyer if he's going to discriminate against my husband. Then he decides to cooperate but even still every time we came down stairs he shot us dirty looks and spoke in whatever language he speaks. Not only do we have to go through all this trouble, but the room is DISGUSTING. THERE'S HAIR ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND STAINS ON THE SHEETS. I could go on and on for days but I have called their corporate and told them and they were mortified. Will be in contact with a lawyer.
