I've been there twice. Not bad. Your wait time depends on what you're there for, customers don't understand this. They complain about how people got there after them and are out before them. For me, I first went there to renew my I.D. I was out in 15 mins. Second time around was to take my learner's permit. Spent less than an hour there. Security guard can get cranky. But you can't blame her for having to put up with cranky customers and having to explain over and over that your wait time depends on what you're there for. It's not too busy during the beginning of the week in the mornings. Workers aren't bad either. They'll project the feelings that you give them. So I'm friendly and they're friendly back. And they're very informative. One of the workers gave me a refund application bc I paid more than I was supposed to for my learner's permit (wasn't my first permit). My application was approved and I'm waiting for my refund in the mail.
Let me be clear, when you want someone to make a sharp left, tell them that they should "make a sharp left." And while you're at it, you might want to speak with some level of confidence, as opposed to mumbling like some defeated old man.
I'm giving two stars because the place seemed orderly and the wait wasn't terrible however the employee I had encountered was rude. I was there to get a photo I.D for my daughter (first time photo) and I had everything that I needed yet he refused the birth certificate and said it was damaged because it had been folded. Prior to that I accidentally checked the wrong box on the form and he was nasty about that. He told me I had to order a new birth certificate that this would never be accepted. The very next day I went to a different center with the same birth certificate and received an I.D without any issue at all.
