Horrible service. The receptionist will interogate you when you call and even when you return their phone call. It took her four times to get my last name correct, then hung-up on me. Snooty as can be. Katie takes takes to return your phone calls. She left me a msg and asked me to leave times that I would be available for her to call me back. Once again, the receptionist takes charge. I give her a time and she tells me when Katie is available, lol. Um, your firm is for employment law. I can't just walk off my job whenever I just feel like it or discuss my employment discrimination issue, while sitting at my desk. They need to get their act together. I cant imagine how they would treat me if I paid a retainer for their services!!
I used them 2 twice, yr 2013 and 2016 has ok settlements both times so for that I am Grateful, I’ve also had a lot of respect for them up until I called them sometime in May of this yr and July of this yr with the same issue about my employer and a unruly neighbor that was colluding against my husband & I , Ari Karpf told me that I don’t didn’t have a case.
