Extremely disappointed. We've been burned by this cleaners a couple of times. Never go by their quoted day to pick up, especially a comforter. I went to pick up a comforter 24 hours after suggested day of pick up due to me being busy. Doing my errands I decided to breeze by there and pick it up. I go In and see front desk guy sitting on his ass reading. I see in the distance my comforter hung over a rack, and bunched up . I say I'm here to pick up and pointed to my comforter. He asked for my phone number and said oh no you wait til tommorrow to pick up. It's still wet. I was pissed. Angerly I asked why and why is it nor done after the quoted time. He gave me some crap about production being off a day. I said well wtf you you asked for my number si you have my number why didn't you call ands let me know. Any way. I still had to pay full price and it was a pretty bad job. I picked it up and he gave me the wrong comforter. Good bye everest cleaners. You suck and I am telling everyone I know.
Fair prices and a reasonable turnaround time. I have been going to everest for the past six months and have yet to have an issue with them.
As an added bonus, the tailor kept my buttons and I had to come back twice before I was able to pick them up. When I finally did pick them up, I expressed, once again, to that same person working there how poor of a job they did. This time, I did not wait for him to at least offer me some sort of a refund. I demanded he give me one because I had to now pay somebody that actually knows what they're doing to fix my blazer. He refused. Icing on the cake.
If you love getting your clothing ruined, let them tailor something for you. I gave them a brand new $200 blazer because I needed the sleeves hemmed just a bit. The guy (manager or owner, I assume) at the counter said it wasn't a problem and they would do a terrific job. Turns out a great job means cutting into the buttons. So where as I used to have 4 buttons at the end of my sleeves, I now only had 1. They took my $200 blazer and plainly ruined it and were very unapologetic about it... as if this was somehow my fault. In a sense, I suppose it was my fault for letting them do anything.
