I had a keritin treatment here on Thursday June 1st. Everyone there was extremely professional and explained how to care for my hair. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend giving Downtown a try....

Horrible! Received a Groupon for a full keratin from my husband for Mother's Day and when I went in and said I need my color done first they refused to do it saying you can't get color and keratin done the same day. I told them that's completely not true and that all the research recommends you do them the same day doing the color first so it doesn't strip the keratin. not to mention This is not my first time getting a keratin done with color. It was never an issue! I even had it done BY THEM only a year before now suddenly it's not acceptable! They were so rude and talking about me among themselves as if I couldn't hear them. I walked out and I will never return!
