Place is nice. Clean to compare with some other gyms... I go there for the past 10 years, and I'm the ONLY handicapped in there. I like this spot
I dont know what happened to this gym, but the people that work there don't care about the state of the place. It takes about 10 minutes to find weights. If you are looking for 20lb or 25lb forget it, it does not matter that there supposed to be 3-4 sets of those, the weights are all over the gym. Ppl carry them away and just leave them lying in most random places.
Coming from a signature club I'd say that this is a very clean gym. Yeah, weights are old and some people don't re-rack the weights. But overall it's good. Complaining about weights? Put your own back where they belong, start by changing yourself! :)

really bad service. manager is lazy and dismissive. i had a choice between $25/mo single club or $30/mo multiple access club. I chose $30/mo since i travel a lot. that was two months ago. To my surprise, when I went to a different location very next day, they charged me $5. When I inquired into why, they said that I had single access pass. I've spoken to la fitness staff well over two dozen times over the past two months about this issue. All I'm told are promises that "it'll be fixed". but it never is fixed. Bearded manager is always lazy and is trying to pass me on to someone else. I'm extremely patient and I understand that this happen, but two months? all while they keep charging me $30 a month for multiple access! my patience is over. Tomorrow i'll talk to my lawyer about what possible actions I can take. my advice is go to a different gym. There is a wonderful gym on Roosevelt boulevad that just opened, I think it's called Fusion gym. Also, there are cheaper options like planet fitness. my advise is to stay away from this place, lazy dismissive manager, bad service, and they lie to you.
Last year they had good staff that would go around periodically, collect the weights and encourage the shmucks that don't put it back to do so. This year they prefer to sit at the front and chat instead...
