Joe was the manager on duty when my husband and I stopped at the Sprint store. We were looking to get a new phone and he did a wonderful job multitasking and helping 3 customers at once. He was short handed and still provided us with the best customer service. He didn't seem to be frazzled by the customers waiting he was honest and helped everyone. He helped us get a good plan and update our old phone. I am a manager and I know how hard it can be when you are short staff but Joe handed it with professionalism!
