This is BS!!!!
Everthing was delivered today, without a phone call, as mentioned in the email.
Worst of it is the they left the friggin drier in my kitchen, saying "someone will call to schedule an install" which will be after Labor Day!!!!!
Lori from the Jewelry department in Neshaminy mall was so very helpful and helped me to order my bridesmaids gifts. She is a great employee because she cares about the customer! Thanks again Lori!
there customer service is horrible. my hot water heater broke on August 5. today is August 26 and it has not been installed. they've only had one person come look at it and take pictures. it just recently got dropped off but now they still have not came out and installed it. my kids start school next week and they don't even have hot water to take a shower and I can't wash clothes. when I called customer service about it they hung up on me twice. they give poor excuses as to why it took so long to come out and look at it.

Not properly installed, wrong cable delivered (which is ok, it happens) but not having one spare on hand???????

I am actually considering filing a law suit against this branch for feeding me promises and not even slightly showing will to comply.....
They legit need to hire new people. Both neshaminy and Oxford valley are garbage when it comes to customer service. Absolutely terrible. There's one guy in the tools section names Brian and he's great but that's it
