I have known Kristen for close to 6 years. She has been in the automotive business for many years. When I found out she opened her own used car dealership, I knew she would succeed.
My wife came in this place about a month ago looking to build her credit. Kristen worked so hard to get her into a beautiful accord. The drive is so smooth. While I was there with her I was telling Kristen what my dream car was. We went back up about a week later and there it was! My dream car! Kristen said "I got this for you girl when your ready come get it" my wife signed the papers for the Accord and I went home and also thought about getting a car payment! Yesterday I came in and Kristen worked hard getting me into it. Now both me and my wife are extremely satisfied! I've recommended this place to a few people and I'd do it again! When my daughter, who is 20yrs old, was involved in an auto accident by a drunk driver & her car was totaled I knew immediately where to go for my daughter's car. Image Auto Sales. Kristen & Phil were both compassionate & understanding my daughter's wants & needs. She landed on a 2006 Ford Escape that is soo amazing. Phil took care of the minor issues on the car & it has been wonderful. I have & will continue to recommend Image Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a car. Not because of my personal connection with the owner but because of the loyalty & passion she has for her customers & business. Some people just need to understand that these cars are USED cars. You may come across problems but I'm telling you, have open communication with Phil & Kristen & they will take care of it.
I had a horrible experience buying a used car last year so was extremely skeptical of going through the process again, especially since I only had my car less than a year before the engine AND transmission died.
