I ordered a book through Barnes and Noble and Ebooksweb was the 3rd party seller. They never fulfilled my order. I emailed several times with no response, and I called and left several voicemails with no response. They do not answer the phone, and the voicemail message says they prefer email. It was a woman's voice with a very heavy middle eastern accent, almost so thick I could barely understand her. Eventually, 3 weeks later, I was refunded with no explanation or communication of any kind. I guess I should be greatful, but considering I used PayPal, it wouldn't have been a problem anyways as I was just about to open a dispute and have PayPal take my money back for me. Because PayPal is awesome. Anyways, don't order from these guys. For me, it was an experience where I learned that the cheapest is isn't the best idea, and that a business like Barnes and Noble doesn't mind whoring it's name out to any crappy little scam business who can pay the 3rd party distributor fee (or however that works). I was extremely unhappy.
Terrible company that screws up all of their orders. Don't order from them.

FRAUD! Advertised that they send you tracking number when they don't, EXTREMELY longer than advertised shipping times, and YOU CANNOT CONTACT THE COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT purchase from this seller! Not even through Barnes and Noble (who will NOT help you one single bit get your order status/details, product, or your money back)! Cannot even return my book to get a refund because you cannot contact the seller! Worst purchasing experience of my life.
